It’s Gala time and your help is needed to make this year another success. PLEASE NOTE OF THE DIFFERENT DATES offered. 1) Wednesday, 9/11 – Meet at HCPCC, Hodo room to prepare silverware, baby calendars, and donation bags for the gala. 2) Monday, 9/16 – prepare the dining room tables, coffee station, and registration area for the gala. 3) Tuesday, 9/17 – greeters needed to take guests to their table at lunch and dinner. 4) Tuesday, 9/17 – help turn the room over after lunch to set up for dinner.
